Do you ship outside of Florida?
Yes — we ship nationwide. Our vans have been delivered to clients across all 50 states. Shipping logistics are fully coordinated by our team.
Can I finance through an SBA loan?
Absolutely. Mobile wellness vans qualify as business equipment and are commonly financed through SBA 7(a) and equipment loans. We can connect you with lenders familiar with our builds.
How long does the build take?
A standard build takes 8–14 weeks. Bespoke builds may take up to 16 weeks. We send weekly build updates and photos throughout the entire process.
Can I visit and see a van before ordering?
Yes! We invite serious buyers to visit our West Palm Beach facility to tour completed and in-progress builds. Call us to schedule — we love showing off our work.
Is the van truly turnkey and ready for clients?
Yes. Every van leaves our facility road-ready — tested, stocked, and verified. We walk you through every system on delivery day so your first appointment can be the very next day.
What vehicle do you build on?
We build exclusively on the Mercedes Sprinter platform, chosen for its reliability, headroom, and payload capacity — ideal for the demands of a mobile clinic.
Do I need any special permits or licenses to operate?
Requirements vary by state and specialty (e.g., dental or medical spa services may need additional health department approval). We help guide you through the general process, though local licensing is ultimately handled by you and your practice.
What's included in the price — is equipment extra?

Do the vans come with a warranty?
Yes. Our builds include a warranty covering workmanship and installed systems, separate from the Mercedes Sprinter manufacturer warranty on the base vehicle. We'll walk you through full coverage details during your consult.
Can I customize the exterior branding and wrap?
Absolutely. Custom vinyl wraps and exterior branding are available so your van reflects your practice from the outside as well as the inside — just bring us your logo and colors during the design phase.
